Programme Erasmus +

Erasmus+ was launched in the late 1980s and it is considered to be one of the most successful European Programmes as it promotes student and staff mobilities to Institutions and Organizations across Europe. Erasmus+ was launched in 2014 and it is the new EU programme combining all the EU's current schemes for education, training, youth and sport (2014-2020).

There are two available types of Erasmus+ mobilities, the European Mobility which handles students’ and staff mobilities across Europe, and the International Credit Mobility which manages students’ and staff mobilities outside the EU.

Students may apply either for studying or training abroad while the University staff (teaching or administrative staff) may apply for training mobilities while the teaching staff can apply or teaching mobilities as well.

The Department of Cultural Technology and Communication encourages both students and staff of Higher Institutions (HEIs) to apply for incoming mobilities to UAegean all year round.

You may find all available courses for incoming Erasmus+ students for the academic year 2023-2024 by pressing here (Course Catalogue for Incoming Erasmus+ Students)

For any additional information about Erasmus+ mobilities please don't hesitate to contact the Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator.
