In February 2021, the Department's Undergraduate Program was successfully certified by an external evaluation and accreditation panel appointed by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE). Upon the 11 / 24-03-2021 Session, the Evaluation and Certification Council of HAHE, decided to grant accreditation to the Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication of the University of the Aegean for four years.

The Evaluation and Certification Council of HAHE accepted the accreditation report of the the external evaluation and accreditation panel, based on which the Undergraduate Study Program of the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication of our Institution is fully compliant with the principles of the HAHE quality standards and the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG).
